This page contains a listing of projects advertised for bid by the ITD Business and Support Management, Purchasing Section, which consists of: Building Construction, Maintenance and Repair; Facility and Yard Improvements; Highway Maintenance and Repair; Site Clearing and Demolition.  All projects advertised on this page are bid in accordance with §67-5711 and §40-902 Idaho Code.  For bids pertaining to Equipment, Commodities, and Services, please visit purchasing.idaho.gov or ipro.sicomm.net.

Bidding Procedures for Formal, Sealed Solicitations:

• Bids may not be submitted electronically.
• Bids must be submitted in hard copy with original signatures, by the Bid Close Date and Time listed below and stated on the bid package.
• If there is a conflict in the dates listed, the bid package will take precedence.
• Some bids may require a 5% bid bond. Please check the specifications.
• It is the vendor's responsibility to check for addenda before submitting bids.
• All bids will be opened, at the date and time of the bid opening, at the ITD Purchasing Section, 3311 W. State Street, Boise, Idaho, unless otherwise stated.

• There is not an established bid opening date or time for Infomal Bids. All bids will be opened after the Bid Close Date and Time, and bidders will be notified of the results.
