The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) announces the following
proposed percentages for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
Program Annual Participation Goals (APG) in each administrative mode
for United States Department of Transportation (USDOT)-assisted
contracts.
The APG for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is 0% for Federal Fiscal Year
2012 (FFY12) through Federal Fiscal Year 2014 (FFY14).
ITD has proposed a reduction to the goal for the Federal Highway
Administration (FHWA) during FFY12 through Federal Fiscal Year 2013
(FFY13) to 6%.
ITD is also proposing a modification to the goal for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) from 0% to 7% for Federal Fiscal Years 2013 and 2014.
The information pertaining to the FTA APG goa methodology is available for inspection at the ITD Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office, 3311 West State Street, Boise, Idaho during normal business hours for 30 days following the date of this notice.
