Standard Special Provisions

The Idaho Transportation Department has developed standard
special provisions that can be included in the bid specifications to
address situations not covered by ITD's Standard Specifications for
Highway Construction. Commonly called Standard Special Provisions,
these items must be assembled into the bid contract documents. The
files on this page are provided solely for information. The
official versions of these documents will be inserted by ITD at the
time of project advertising. The complete set of these documents is
in the WinZip file.
