Even though the ITIP and CIP list all scheduled projects, not all will result in the need for a consultant.  Consultants are utilized by selection from the pre-approved list of consultants (Term Agreement), or through individual project solicitation.  Click on these links for:  Term Agreement Solicitation and Individual Project Solicitations .
