The Idaho Transportation Department's Consultant Administration Unit is a sub-unit of the Roadway Design section. The unit provides ITD's district offices and local highway districts with a central point of contact for the selection, negotiation and administration of professional services agreements for design, surveying, construction inspection, and geo-technical assistance, to assist in improving Idaho's public highway system.
