Utilities & Railroads

The Utility/Railroad Unit is a subsection of Roadway Design of the Idaho Transportation Department. The unit’s mission is to assist, educate and coordinate with ITD, Consultant, Utility, Railroad and local agency personnel for the preparation and execution of utility and railroad agreements in accordance with law, federal codes, and ITD policies.
