Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP)

| Effective February 26, 2009, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) program includes an industrial storm water permitting component. Regulations will require the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) to obtain a Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) issued by EPA for many ITD owned materials sources and maintenance facilities.
