Stormwater Training

ITD projects with NPDES CGP coverage require an ITD inspector with current ITD Environmental Inspection Training and a Contractor representative inspector with current ITD approved Water Pollution Control Manager Training. ITD also provides training to its Resident Engineers and other interested staff.

ITD Resident Engineer Stormwater Management Training (RE)

Course Length: 16 hours
This course is the Stormwater Management training for Construction Section Resident Engineers and their management staff. Certification is good for two years following the completion of the course.

ITD Environmental Inspector Stormwater Training Course

Course Length: 24 hours
This course is the Stormwater training for ITD Environmental Inspectors. Certification is good for two years following the completion of the course.

ITD Designer Stormwater Training

Course Length: 16 hours
This course is the Stormwater training for Designers.

Water Pollution Control Management Training (WPCM)

Course Length: 16 Hour
ITD requires all Contractors to designate a Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM). The WPCM must attend an ITD certified 16 hour stormwater management training course.
