Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Format

This spreadsheet automates some, but not all, of the process of bringing in a Falling Weight Deflectometer ".OUT" text file into an excel spreadsheet. You may still need to edit the data that was read in before you can make the chart display properly.

NOTE: The spreadsheet must be saved to a local directory or an error will occur while trying to read in an ".OUT" file.

This spreadsheet consist of a series of sheets, each of which performs a single function in the Life Cycle Cost Analysis. Basic pavement section groups are divided into four pages each. The first sheet (Worksheet) is used to enter the pavement section desired. This sheet calculates all the necessary widths based on your input. The second sheet in each group (Analysis) does the computations for the particular pavement section you supplied. The third sheet (Timeline) in each group generates the required time line page to be inserted into each report. The fourth sheet contains the alternate's (Cost Summary.) The last sheet is the current (Standard Cost.) There is a sheet that shows the salvage value curves for various pavement lives.
