- Project Description:
This project will develop a comprehensive leadership development process for ITD that can foster a culture of constructive leadership and effective management that supports outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
- The objectives of this project are:
- To assess ITD leadership competencies and their impact on organizational culture.
- To build the capacity of ITD managers in constructive leadership by developing and implementing a leadership development process.
- To use various communication strategies to capitalize on positive norms and grow a culture within ITD which fosters constructive leadership.
- To integrate constructive leadership development into existing ITD employee systems
- To evaluate the effectiveness of the initiative and provide recommendations to sustain the process over time.
