The Resource Center has skilled and experienced individuals in a variety of fields of expertise offering a statewide consistent perspective as a resource for the Districts as well as external customers. The ESMEs available within the Resources Center include: hydraulics, geometrics, geotechnical, pavements, railroads, concrete and qualified products. Our ESMEs perform services and guidance to:
