Seat Belt Surveys

The Office of Traffic and Highway Safety conducts observational seat belt surveys every year.  The surveys are conducted at 100 sites throughout the state.  The surveys are used to estimate seat belt usage throughout the state. Blank pages have been removed from the documents.
