Exhibitor Information

The ITD Project Development Conference attracts over 300 roadway participants and is a good opportunity for suppliers and consultants to display their products/services. The conference is structured to allow participants ample opportunities to visit the Exhibitor's Hall. In addition, an Exhibitor's Social is scheduled from 4:30-6:00 p.m. directly following the conclusion of the conference's first day sessions (Tuesday, April 7). The event will be hosted in the Exhibitor's Hall and will feature light hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar.

All exhibitors will be assigned space in the Exhibitor's Hall. Exhibitor booths (8' x 10') are available for a $650 fee that includes pipe and drape, one skirted display table (6' x 2.5'), two chairs, two parking passes, and registration for one attendee to the two-day conference. Exhibitors will be recognized in our conference registration material, on the conference website, and listed on a large board at the conference.

Please register early to guarantee an exhibitor booth. Booth assignments are set once payment is received. Displays can be set up on April 6 starting at 12:00 noon. Bring display materials into the facility through the loading dock on 9th Street. Boxes mailed to the facility should be addressed to Boise Centre on the Grove, 2009 Project Development Conf, "Your Contact Name", 250 S. 9th Street, Boise ID 83702.

(Additional personnel from your company are welcome to attend your display at no charge, but fees are required if they want to attend the sessions or meals.)

We will also be holding a raffle at the end of the conference. Exhibitors are encouraged to donate items. Attendees can participate in the raffle by visiting with each exhibitor and having them initial their raffle card.
