Attendee Registration Information
Registration: The conference registration fee is $200 per person prior to March 6, 2009. The registration fee includes coffee breaks, two lunches, a banquet dinner, two parking passes, and entrance to drawings, and proceedings. Vegetarian meals are available upon request.
Late Registration: Registration fees submitted on or after March 6, 2009 increase to $245 per person.
Additional Banquet Guests: Your registration fee covers one (1) admittance to the Awards Banquet Dinner hosted at the Boise Centre on the Grove on April 7, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00pm. Additional tickets to the Awards Banquet may be purchased at $35 each.
Cancellation Policy: A $35 administration fee will be charged for any reservation cancellations prior to March 25, 2009. No refunds will be given on or after March 25, 2009.
