The Idaho Transportation Department will hold its biennial Project Development Conference in Boise on April 7-8, 2009 at the Boise Centre on the Grove. Attendees will hear speeches from nationally-known speakers as well as have the opportunity to attend concurrent sessions focused on planning, design, traffic, environmental, and material issues.

The conference format will include an Awards Banquet and an Exhibitors Hall. We hosted 300+ attendees at the 2007 Conference and expect comparable attendance in 2009. The conference provides great opportunities for attendees to make contacts in both the public and private sectors.

Sponsor Levels
	INTERSTATE ($650) "Interstate" level sponsors will have their company name and logo featured in the registration brochure, conference materials, and on the conference website. Donations will be used for the Excellence in Transportation Awards and to defray expenses for keynote speakers. Your company name and logo will be listed on a display board at the Awards Banquet: "The following Sponsors funded the Awards Banquet." Sponsors will also receive two parking passes.
	HIGHWAY ($450) "Highway" level sponsors will have their company name listed in the registration brochure, conference materials, and on the conference website. This donation will help cover expenses for refreshments at breaks. Your company name will be listed on a display board: "The following sponsors funded this refreshment break ..." Sponsors will also receive two parking passes.
	COLLECTOR ($250) "Collector" level sponsors will have their company name listed in the registration brochure, conference materials, and on the conference website as a contributor to the 2009 Project Development Conference. Sponsors will also receive two parking passes.

We invite you to support this conference by becoming a sponsor. Identifying sponsors early will allow us to use sponsor names and logos on promotional materials as well as registration packets, handouts and posters.
