ITD I-84, Regina to Cleft eastbound
Key Number: 11045![]() Project Description: This is a pavement preservation project involved a concrete overlay of the eastbound lanes in Ada and Elmore counties from milepost 70 to milepost 82.2. Construction Timeframe: This project began July 18 and is complete. Traffic Impacts: All I-84 traffic was diverted to the westbound side in single opposing lanes in mid-August to allow milling and concrete paving of eastbound lanes.
I-84, Milepost 114 to Glenns Ferry
Key Number: 12037 ![]() Project Description: This is a 7.1-mile pavement maintenance project extending from milepost 114, near Hammett, east to Glenns Ferry. This project will replace many badly damaged concrete slabs in both the eastbound and westbound lanes. Construction Timeframe: This project began July 6 and will continue through mid-October. Traffic Impacts: All I-84 traffic was switched to the westbound lanes in mid-September. I-84, Mountain Home to Hammett
Key Number: 11060 ![]() Project Description: This is a pavement maintenance project that involves joint-seal replacement, crack sealing, select slab replacement and work on the shoulders to prevent cracking. Construction Timeframe: This project was awarded on Sept. 21, 2010, and work is expected to begin in early summer 2012. Traffic Impacts: One lane will be closed for a short segment.
