How to Apply

Overview

Idaho receives $1 million each year for projects that enable and encourage more K-8 students to walk or bicycle safely to school.

Applications are reviewed and scored by a statewide Safe Routes to School Advisory Committee. We recommend reading the Application Guidelines and Idaho Program Manual before beginning your application.

Current Funding Cycle

The next application deadline is March 31, 2010 at 5 p.m. A SR2S training webinar for FY12 applications will be held Wednesday December 2, 2009 at 1.30-3.00 PM. Registration details and a fill-able version of the ISTOP Worksheet will be available on this page November 23, 2009.
