Hazard Tree Removal on Idaho Highways

The Idaho Transportation Department is removing hazard trees along state highways to improve visibility, reduce crash risks, support wildfire prevention, and enhance winter safety. We carefully coordinate this work within our right of way, and work collaboratively with agency partners and private landowners, to protect both travelers and the natural beauty of Idaho.
