Project Details
The highway reconstruction project in Gooding will begin this summer starting by the 1050 South Road and ending at 1st Street. The project will consist of removal of all the existing pavement, reshaping the base, and placing new pavement, followed by paint striping and a seal coat. This will create a new road for those traveling through the city.
In addition, ADA ramps will be constructed at every intersection through town and new sidewalks from SH-26 to Washington St. and concrete irrigation ditches will be removed from 9th St. to 13th St.
