ITD Facility Management work includes all aspects of building, maintaining, remodeling, and repairing state buildings, and structures when contracted and paid for by ITD.
We partner with the Idaho Division of Building Safety to verify contractors have current Public Works licensing and Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC trade licensing, to verify appropriate permits, to conduct state-building plan reviews, and to consult on building code questions and interpretations.
