Yellowstone Ave. (US-91) Concrete Replacement

The Idaho Transportation Department is designing plans to replace the roadway concrete in two sections of Yellowstone Avenue (US-91) in the cities of Pocatello and Chubbuck.

Overview

The two sections where concrete will be replaced are:

  • Highway Avenue to E. Burnside Avenue in Chubbuck
  • Hurley Drive to south of Flandro Drive in Pocatello

The design will include replacing the damaged concrete slabs and repairing the cracks and resealing joints.

The existing concrete in the project area hasn’t been rehabilitated since 2008 and has reached the end of its service life. The new concrete will serve the public for the next 20 years.
