A northbound passing lane will provide safer opportunities to pass south of Lapwai.

This passing lane will ensure safer travel through the future.

Background

This project will construct a northbound passing lane on US-95 from Mission Creek Bridge to Golden Eagle Rd near Sweetwater. The extra lane will be three miles long and from milepost 293 to 296. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2030.
