Overview

A northbound passing lane will provide safer opportunities to pass before reaching the Winchester grade on US-95.

A one-mile passing lane will be added for northbound drivers just before they travel down the Winchester grade at milepost 278 in Lewis County.

Construction is currently scheduled for 2029.
