eComply is a new software solution that automates the submission of certified payroll and federal reporting, helping ITD remain compliant with federal regulations and laws on federal projects. eComply will launch on October 1, 2026 for federally funded projects in ITD District 1. eComply will be rolled out for federally funded projects in other districts in phases. After the initial rollout, coordination for the use of B2Gnow-eComply will be covered during project pre-construction meetings.
eComply will be added to ITD’s existing B2GNow Software.
eComply is replacing a paper process and will speed up the submittals for contractors and subs. It also can be integrated with many types of payroll software. Connecting eComply to your payroll software will automate a large portion of the certified payroll process. eComply will be more secure than the paper process and has features that check for errors. For ITD staff, eComply will streamline reporting for certified payroll.

Training is available online through B2Gnow-eComply. Multiple sessions are available. If your firm works on federally funded projects, a member of your team is asked to complete the following training classes:

eComply will be added to the existing B2GNow software currently used by contractors, consultants, subs, ITD project staff, and the ITD Office of Civil Rights. You will use your organization’s existing B2GNow account/login to access eComply.

For ITD staff, eComply will streamline reporting for certified payroll.

If you use a payroll software that isn’t already listed with eComply, it can be added by request.
