The Idaho Transportation Department will close all lanes of Interstate 84 between the Garrity (Exit 38) and Ten Mile (Exit 42) interchanges on Thursday, October 15, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. The closure will allow crews to place bridge decks on the new State Highway 16 flyover ramps above I-84.
