ITD is now "Tweeting" and "YouTubing" to get important safety information directly to the public
Whether it's a road closure, a lane restriction or new construction, ITD wants you to know about it quickly and efficiently so that you can make safe driving decisions before heading out on Idaho's highways. To access Twitter, just click the icon at the top right on the ITD home page.
Right now, ITD is using Twitter to disperse information about I-84 construction. If proven successful, it will be expanded to include road projects statewide. Also in the new media mix, In Motion, ITD's minute and a half video covering such diverse topics as how to use this website, and stories about transportation-related safety and human interest stories. See them on our Youtube channel. Or, click here to watch the latest In Motion about Work Zone Safety.
